My Interpretation of Tantra

For me sexuality is not only a very delicate subject. For me sexuality is a serious and fundamental subject of human life needed deep understanding, knowledge, constant care and attention. Sexuality is a power which influences everybody’s life in a very profound way. It effects our moods, our sense of well-being, out health, our relationships, it creates a lot of tension, unhappiness and tragedy. On another hand sexuality is the great energy which can heal and enrich our life, leading to personal growth, understanding the meaning of life and opening a deeper humanity within the soul.

Working with sexual issues for years I see how little people know about the energy, which is generated by arousal. So called “sexual freedom” did not bring them knowledge of why do we need this energy, why do we have to stop treating it like “fun”. Manuals on “Great Sex” are often misleading, so men still do not understand women and vice-versa. Tantric books on “Sacred Sex” do not help either in terms of restoration of relationship or dealing with sexual problems. They also bring a lot of confusion to a modern person feeling not exactly in tune with “divine” or “enlightenment”, “Shiva”or “Shakti” interaction. I think treating sexuality in a healthy and meaningful way is easy, it just takes right understanding of its nature and mechanism, just like we need to understand our psychology and physiology. I think we can learn a lot more if we will speak the language of our time, if we will stop looking for fun but for depth of connection while thinking about sexuality.

The Taoists have written and taught on the subject of sexual energy for the last five thousand years. This precious information was kept secret. Only in the last 50 years was this information revealed. I was lucky. My life was touched by Taoist Tantra a long time ago and I have lived in Tantra ever since. The knowledge about how to increase the power of sexual energy, channel it through the body to heal or prevent illness, to relieve stresses and how to create a life lasting loving connection with your partner, this is what I am fascinated about and try to research and practise in my life and my work.

Tantra is not a logical thing. Tantra is existence. Tantra is trance. You cannot say what you are doing when you are in a state of Tantra. Tantra is a mystical experience. Everything creative is mystical because we do not understand how it is that some people have ideas or visions which amaze the world. Unfortunately, Tantra cannot be shown or experienced in public. This is the only art which exists at the moment of its experience and only between two people. The reality is that you are really lucky if you have the chance to meet in your lifetime a “Tantric artist”. They are very rare people. They are not taught by anyone, they are born with the sense of Tantra and they know this for sure.

For me Tantra is FREEDOM, SELF EXPRESSION, beautiful MAGIC, which transforms a man and a woman into ecstatic reality… Exploration of that reality, when both a man and a woman are students and teachers for each other, is my understanding of Tantra. Tantra is the journey which like life never ends.

In my sessions I create “the music of Tantra”, by opening higher sensuality in others. I share experiences which are unique and virtually wordless. I can open your eyes to things you have never thought about, never felt, never experienced. But, at the end of the day, it is up to you which route you chose to express your sexuality: taking it to the very depth of your soul or putting it simply in physical play with your senses and sexual triggers.
